The "Smart" Fireplace is a powerful fireplace furnace, delivering up to 175,000 BTU/hr. It comes equipped with two 525 CFM blowers, which allow for whole-house heating by connecting to your home's duct system. There are three sizes to choose from, ranging in firebox sizes of 33 inches to 42 inches.

In the event that you do have a problem with the operation of your appliance please read your warranty information over carefully. Make sure that you have sent in your warranty registration or have filled it out online within 15 days of purchasing your Country Flame product. We want to make sure that your needs are taken care of properly and right away. To do this, please contact the place of business where you purchased your Country Flame appliance. They are required to administer warranty and service your appliance. If you cannot get a hold of them please contact our warranty department at technical@magnumheat.com

Can I use my Smart Fireplace with the doors open?
The Smart Fireplace was designed and tested to be operated with or without fireplace doors. we strongly recommend that you install the Country Flame Universal door system on the Smart fireplace so that precious heat does not go up and out the chimney.
Can I use metal chimney on my Smart Fireplace or do I have to use only masonry chimney?
Your Smart Fireplace is listed for using masonry tile chimney systems or any class A rated metal chimney. We recommend using 2100 degree type HT metal chimney for the best draw results.
