American  Energy Systems Inc. wants to make sure that all of your technical needs are taken care of.  To do this we have created a product technical forum on this Website.  This is how you will be able to get questions answered by our technical team.  

When you have a technical or service need, contact your local dealership or service provider first to get immediate response to your needs.  The factory cannot provide local support and diagnostics for your problem.  If you do not have someone in your area to help you the next step would be to go to the online technical forum.  This is a no-cost to you way to get valuable information.  There are also numerous technical bulletins on this site to answer your questions.

If you need factory assistance the technical support team will help you out. This is a chargeable service.  The first step in receiving factory technical assistance would be to email technical@magnumheat.com.  They will instruct you on the process for receiving factory help.  Please read your owners and operations manual before contacting the factory as your questions could be answered within the pages of the manual.
